Leo Greig | Co-ordinator
The Specialist Leo is our resident wicketkeeper-batter and a core member of our coaching team. If you’re looking to sharpen your glovework or find your timing at the crease, Leo is the man in the middle. He’s usually found fine-tuning the bowling machines or leading high-intensity drills.
- The Keeper Mentality: You have to be the heartbeat of the fielding side, always alert, always loud.
- Favourite Piece of Kit: A freshly knocked-in Grade 1 English Willow bat.
- On-Site Expert: The go-to guy for technical advice on your batting stance or keeping posture.
Bella Williams | Co-ordinator
The Rising Star Bella represents the next generation of the game. Currently playing for the Glamorgan CCC U18s Girls, she brings a fresh, competitive energy to TSW. She’s a fantastic advocate for the women’s and girls’ game and knows exactly what it takes to progress through the county pathway.
- Current Mission: Balancing her own Glamorgan training with helping our members level up.
- On-Field Vibe: Calm under pressure and always looking for the gap in the field.

Rachel Southern | Marketing & PR
The Storyteller Rachel is the one behind the camera capturing the big hits and the ‘howzat’ moments. Her goal is to share The Sports Warehouse’s story, making sure everyone knows this is the place to play, train and socialise.
- Cricket Vibe: Most likely to be found sitting on the sidelines with her head in her book trying not to get too nervous when her children bat.
- Digital Goal: Making the warehouse look as good on your phone screen as it does when you walk through the doors.
